| 11-b A resolution approving the continuation of the Mesa Town Center Improvement District No. 228 for an additional five years. (District 4) On October 7th, 1985, the City established the Mesa Town Center Improvement District to provide enhanced municipal services for the Town Center. Approval of the resolution will continue the Mesa Town Center Improvement District for an additional five years. |
